‘GreenTouch Cooling Fogger System’ for greenhouse environmental control, provides the solution to all of these problems. The fog system is installed in the greenhouse with nozzles equally spaced within the greenhouse producing 10-40 micron droplet size of water. These droplets quickly evaporate into the air without wetting the plants, to cool and humidify the atmosphere around the plants.

‘GreenTouch Cooling Fogger System’ is an effective tool to control the humidity and temperature in the greenhouse or open field environment. Typically all growers have a problem with low humidity and high temperatures. J. J. Overseas addresses these problems by using high-pressure fog flash evaporating into the air. Serious problems occur when the humidity in the greenhouse environment drops below 30% RH. Plants will suffer and typically slow or halt the growing process. At temperatures over 85 deg. F or 30 deg C plants will cease transpiring and the growing process will stop.

Conventional Pad and Fan System do provide the cooling required but results are uneven. Large fans are required and incur huge energy costs. Temperature reductions of up to 25 deg. F can be expected in many situations. Humidity also can be evenly controlled through the hose for even propagation and growth. ‘GreenTouch Cooling Fogger System’ is custom made for each greenhouse and incorporate state of the art High Pressure flexible lines, high-pressure pumps and installation materials.

Superior and elegant design de-leafing machine with brushes on both the sides of the machine making two people work simultaneously at the same time. Constant speed through 3PH, 1.5HP Motor and equipped with comb rubber brushes that are easy to mount and last longer.

Flower Bunch Cutter:

The sharpest cutting unit for bunches up to max 12cm dia. Made from special hardened steel that stays for a longer period. Remember, a clean cut improves the water uptake and reduces risk of bacterial attack.

Level Head Bunching Box:>

Made from Stainless steel, this equipment is a handy tool to avoid the grimy, uneven looking bunches from the top. This tool helps in arranging the flowers in a straight level from the top, making the flowers inside the wrapper look visibly levelled from the top.
