J. J. OVERSEAS shall prepare a feasibility report by visiting the site and shall submit the feasibility report within one month along with the Techno-Economic report.Techno-Economic Feasibility Study will comprise of:

• Technical feasibility of the Plant & Machinery.
• Financial projections for 10 years.
• Complete implementation schedule based on P.E.R.T. (Projec Evaluation & Review Techniques) & C.P.M. (Critical Path Method).
• Market Review and Price Data.

Efficient and low cost machinery, area and climate focussed varieties, effective pesticides for control and eradication of various pests and diseases, growth promoting fertilisers and hormones, small and handy tools, etc., all this and much more are being designed to achieve the best and optimum results for the growers.

J. J. Overseas group being in this industry for about a decade now is quite well versed with the change of technology worldwide. We are in continuous touch with the companies for the latest updates in agriculture technology.Therefore the selection of the right equipments in line with the cost effectiveness should be selected to get the best results in production and market realisation.Upon the execution of MOU Agreement between J.J. OVERSEAS & the Promoters, within 45 (Forty Five) days, J.J. OVERSEAS shall submit its initial review plans, based on the Know-how for erection and commissioning of Greenhouses and equipments.Such plans can include all basic and details of all the technical requirements, if required, as per the following:

• J. J. OVERSEAS will design and supply the Greenhouse equipments as per the required climatic conditions.
• Greenhouses can be covered with multi layered, 200 micron, U.V. stabilized, dust proof, dew resistance Plastic Film along with all the necessary installation accessories.
• Complete Drip irrigation system along with all types of required pipes, pumps, motors, control valves and Internal Water distribution pipes.
• Computerised Irrigation, Fertigation and Filtration Control System, Fertilizer Tanks, Pumps, Motors, Compressor, etc. for optimum utilization of water and fertilisers.
• Installation and Automation of Special Aluminium Reflective Screens, in order to reduce harmful radiation, helping to maintain uniform temperatures inside the Greenhouse.
• Complete Electric Control Panels to run the project smoothly and efficiently.
• Central Spray systems for effective Pesticide spray schedules.
• Supply of Grading and Packing House equipments such as de-leafing Machine, Strapping machine, Weighing machine, Guillotine Cutters, Bunching Boxes, Tables etc.
• Cold Storage compressor unit along with PUF Panels.
• In coordination with the Promoter and Breeder, J.J. Overseas will select and supply the varieties of Roses suitable for the project. Royalty amount is to be borne by the Promoter as actual.

For the Marketing or survival of any Floriculture project, their Flowers have to be of very high quality in terms of good stem length, good bud length, good shape and colour and above all capable to ship on long distances with a vase life of at least 10 days.The plants have to be cut and pruned in such a way that the optimum production is achieved in tune with the various marketing seasons worldwide.In order to achieve this we have to procure very high quality equipments for obtaining favourable climatic conditions for the optimum growth of our roses and to succeed between all these elements we must have a very high level of expertise and knowledge. The supply of right quality and right quantity of flowers, at the right time of the season is essential for the best realisation of our flowers.

• For the day-to-day administration of the project, J.J. Overseas shall share all required experience along with a full time Project Manager. He shall be helpful to the promoter for growing export quality Roses and Post Harvest Management.
• He shall live at the nearest city from the site provided by Promoters with all necessary facilities and transportations.
• The Project Manager will also train the Promoter or the local technical staff provided by Promoters so that in the future the Promoter is able to run his project independently.
• The professional fees for projects above 10 Hectares would depend on the size of the project.

The subject of marketing flowers is the subject of priority and concern for every floriculture project worldwide. As mentioned earlier the whole economic viability of the project is dependent on the marketing skill of supplying the right quantity at the right time, at the right market place.The Flower market worldwide has become in the last few years a whole industry with all the meaning of the world markets. The world trade in cut-flowers value is about 2000 million US $ per year.The E.E.C. Countries are the largest importers with almost 60% of the total global trade. The import of fresh cut flowers to North America area is about 25% from the total.

Other 5% approximately is exported to Japan and the Far East countries and other 5% is exported to the Gulf countries.During the last 50 years, the quantity of cut flowers has an increase of 250,000% as well as the income from the cut flowers.J. J. Overseas will ensure the Promoters to get a good market price for Export Quality Roses with the help of their existing Marketing set up.PROMOTERS will be actually connected to the marketing system established by us wherever in the world.
